Firstly hope you and your families are all doing well and enjoying the summer months where ever you may be. London is forecast superb weather through the week and over the weekend so we are all looking forward to that.
Last Wednesday (03/08) we were part of a small collection of international brokerages invited to the launch of Level 55 which is the sub-penthouse level of One Park Drive and now has a full-show apartment.
One Park Drive is the most popular building for those looking to live in the City. The new Elizabeth line (which is fully air-conditioned!) has drastically reduced travel times to central and you can be at Tottenham Court Road in a matter of minutes with Bond street due to open anytime soon.
The event was brilliant, RAKU the best Japanese restaurant (personal opinion) in London provided the food, and investors and end-users were invited to take a sneak peek of the apartments which are due to launch in September.
